Rural Homes Childcare Initiative

The goal of the Rural Homes Childcare Initiative (RHCI) is to simultaneously address housing and childcare shortages through integrating new affordable home construction with new family home childcare operations.

By combining affordable housing developments with new, pre-licensed Family Childcare Homes, the RHCI is changing how Colorado communities can increase their childcare capacity.
